Most embarrassing moment on air: With Johnny Ramirez morning show on KXTN Tejano 107.5... I had something white on my hair and they started to talk about it. To this day, people talk about that ... DAMM IT!
How did you get into radio: In an emergency I filled in to do the overnight show on an AM station when I was 19. Ever since then I knew what I wanted to do.
What you would do if you weren't in radio: I would be an architect.

It was a harsh realization when I found out that I really didn't know it all, luckily I was still very young.  Life has graciously bestowed a few very serious lessons, so I am grateful to have been  blessed with the virtue of being a very quick scholar and able mentor.  I can easily accredit my accomplishments to devotion accompanied by persistence; just a few of the virtues that continue to build character and the person I am.

Family
Oldest in a small family of three, I have always assumed the bulk of responsibility over my siblings.  I have three beautiful, extremely intelligent children that I am very proud of.  My family will finally be complete when I marry the wonderful woman that is my best friend and partner in life.
Music
Second to family is my passion for music.  High school provided the opportunity to pick up a few instruments, I chose saxophone, clarinet, piano and a few others.  Now, I've gravitated towards guitar and keyboard.  Twelve years ago I picked up a new hobby and since then I've dj'd at 1000s of private functions, most of the venues in the city, and on the radio.  In one form or another, music will always be a part of me.
